Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used nail wraps, gels, or any cosmetic products.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at hello@salontradinghub.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos.
- Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
Please note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After review, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply place a new order once your refund has been processed.
