Wholesale Terms & Conditions

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions apply to all bulk/wholesale purchases made through SalonTradingHub. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

Wholesale pricing is available to:

  • Nail salons
  • Beauty salons
  • Lash & brow studios
  • Mobile nail technicians
  • Resellers or retailers with a valid ABN

We may request proof of business activity before approving wholesale orders.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

To qualify for wholesale pricing:

  • A minimum spend or minimum quantity per product may apply.
  • Discounts for bulk orders (e.g., 10%, 15%) apply based on quantity tiers shown in your price sheet.
3. Pricing
  • All wholesale prices are listed in AUD.
  • Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
  • All discounts are listed on the Wholesale Product Page. No other discounts applicable.
4. Payment Terms
  • All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
  • We accept:
    • Debit/Credit Cards
    • PayPal
    • Bank Transfer (for large orders)
    • BPAY

Orders will not be released until payment is cleared.

5. Processing Time

Wholesale orders may take 1–3 business days to process depending on order size and stock availability.
If your order requires extra time, we will notify you.

6. Shipping
  • Wholesale orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier partners.
  • Shipping costs are calculated by weight/size and shown at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location and courier workload.
  • Once an order is dispatched, we cannot modify or cancel it.
7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of beauty products (hygiene-sensitive), we do not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders unless:

  • Products arrive damaged
  • Incorrect items were sent
  • Product is not opened and is in original condition

In such cases, notify us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Faulty Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos of the packaging and products
    We will assist immediately and arrange replacement where applicable.
9. Resale Rights

Wholesale customers are permitted to:

  • Resell SalonTradingHub products in physical stores or online
  • Set their own retail pricing

However, you may not:

  • Misrepresent the brand or product quality
  • Use our product images without permission
  • Repackage products under a different brand name (unless agreed in writing)
10. Product Availability

Stock levels change frequently.
If an item goes out of stock after you place an order:

  • You will be contacted immediately
  • You may choose a refund or a replacement product
11. Order Cancellation

Wholesale orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.
If you need to modify an order, contact us immediately — we will help if the order has not yet been packed.

12. Liability

SalonTradingHub is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers
  • Loss or damage during transit (courier investigation required)
  • Misuse of products after purchase

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
