- All orders paid before 12PM will be dispatched within 1β2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always try our best to ship as fast as possible. And we will always keep you in loop.

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and trusted courier partners.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can follow your parcel directly through the courierβs website.
π¦ Shipping for Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders may require additional processing time depending on stock levels and order size.
We will contact you if:
- Your order requires special packaging
- There is a delay in dispatch
- Additional courier arrangements are needed
π Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned.
If this happens, reshipping fees may apply.
π¦ Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Include your order number and photos of the items/packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
β Lost Parcels
Once shipped, delivery is handled by the courier.
If your parcel is delayed or lost, we will assist by:
- Lodging an investigation with the courier
- Keeping you updated throughout the process
Replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation is completed.
